We accept insurance through Aetna and Highmark to make quality therapy accessible, removing barriers so you can focus on healing.

We offer sliding scale pricing.

We offer sliding scale prices as available, on an as-needed basis. Based on availability, and a conversation, not looking through your finances.

Reduced-fee therapy with counseling interns.

Our counseling interns, Master’s level clinicians, receive weekly supervision from our CEO, Samantha Mathews, LPC. Interns offer reduced-fee sessions while still providing high-quality, compassionate care.

Out-of-network reimbursement.

We are an out-of-network provider with many insurance companies. We can assist you in checking if you qualify for reimbursement for our services.

Why are so many therapists out-of-network with insurance?

Because we function within a broken system, many therapists are not in network with insurance so they can provide the highest quality of care. plus:

  • No limitations on your provider. You get to choose who you work with.

  • We don’t have to diagnose, but can if it we believe it is therapeutically helpful.

  • You get to work with your therapist to dictate the direction that your care goes in, instead of a third party making that call.

  • And as a bonus… no one is accessing your information without your permission!
